The worst mtg buylist period; gonna offer your customers literally less than 20% credit if not bulk price on quality cards and high end old foils…..wanna give me $3 for a $17 card, $1 for $10 cards, and not even half money on cards well over $50. You have successfully lost a customer, and have ruined 2 lgs by me that go by your buylist specifically amd now they get zero inventory because its not worth getting .5 cents for $5 cards.

My first order ever from this place. I ordered a lightly played dual land online from them and got a heavily played / damaged one instead. I tried calling 7 times during business hours and got no answer. I left my number with their automated call back number and never received a call back over the last 3 days. I will also state, that I have never been to their physical store before so this review is for their online portion of their business only I suppose. This could have been easily resolved if someone decided to pick up the phone and call me back.

This place bites one. I remember the days when this was primarily an MTG store. Self proclaimed "world's largest" one at that and that had employees acting like neck beard meta basement dwellers that would belittle you for wanting to purchase cards that weren't entirely relevant in a top 8 net deck and make remarks about how not good the cards that you were buying were. Pair that with their tactic of employing mildly attractive girls who knew nothing about the product they were meant to push to appease to the nerds willing to shovel every dollar they had at the store in hopes the employee would think they are cool. Tried recently to go back and give this place a chance and can see through the door that it's now FYE jr aka pop vinyl central and was turned away from the store 8 minutes before they closed despite not actually being closed yet. Unfortunate as I already knew what I was there for and was looking to spend money. This had definitively determined that I'm not going to this place again.

Tried to take around 600 dollars in Funkos for 280 dollars of 360 "store credit" and had nothing in store worth the credit and everything in there store wasn't priced to current so you'd be really over paying for the item if you bought. I had hoped they'd be better at pricing then that. I may return but always be mindful the value versus there price and always try for a better deal.
